AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800 OF THE 1976 ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA, ENTITLED "NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR," PROVIDING FOR LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWATONNA DO ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Section 800 of the 1976 Ordinance Code of the City of Owatonna, entitled "Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor," is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 800 - Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Section 800:00. Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340A, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, conditions of bonds of licensees, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of intoxicating liquor insofar as they are applicable to non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses authorizing the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor, are adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full.

Section 800:65. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a penal offense and upon conviction shall be punished agreeable to the terms of Section 1100:00 of this Code.
SECTION II. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
