Public Hearing Notice - W School Street Project

7:00 p.m.                NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

                            CITY OF OWATONNA, MINNESOTA

                   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Owatonna, Minnesota, will meet in the council chambers of the City Administration Building at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 to consider the making of Improvement No. 13005, for the West School Street Reconstruction from South Oak Avenue to South Cedar Avenue.by full depth repair to bituminous surface pursuant to Minn. Stat§§ 429.011 to 429.111.

The estimated cost of such improvement is           $738,238.15__.

A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the hearing.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
