Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s stormwater program regulates municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) reduce the amount of sediment and pollution that enters surface and ground water from storm sewer systems to the maximum extent practicable.

In response to these requirements, the City of Owatonna has adopted the following:
